The HY Electronic Ultrafast Rectifiers consist of several series which offer reverse voltage from as low as 50V to 1000 volts including their forward current at 1 Amp to 3 Amps. The UF400x SERIES, HER20x SERIES and UF540x are all supplied in moulded plastic JEDEC cases. The ultra-fast switching makes it very efficient and the colour band indicates that it is a cathode type. UF400X SERIES - 50 to 1000 Volts, 1 A (JEDEC DO-41). HER20X SERIES - 50 to 1000 Volts, 2 A (JEDEC DO-15).
