These units supply the power to drive mass flow controllers, mass flow meters and automatic pressure regulators. They also supply the setting standard voltage of 5 VDC for performing analog control. HORIBA's product line-up includes models for controlling current (4-20 mA), models with a flow rate alarm output function, and models for driving multiple (4 or 6) devices. All models comply with safety standards (CE marking and FCC requirements, the EMC directive, and the PSE law) and environmental standards (the RoHS directive).
