The factory calibrated 26PC Series miniature pressure sensors provide reliable gage pressure sensing performance in a compact package. The sensor features a proven sensing technology that utilizes a specialized piezoresistive micro-machined sensing element which allows part interchangeability, high performance, reliability, and accuracy. The low power, non-amplified, non-compensated Wheatstone bridge circuit design provides inherently stable mV outputs over 1.0 psi through 250 psi sensing ranges.

These miniature Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Low Pressure Sensors are small, cost effective devices intended for use with wet/wet differential sensing. Based on the long established reliability and accuracy of the single in-line package, the SMT version’s smaller configuration reduces the footprint area on the printed circuit board thereby reducing overall PCB size and cost. The sensor is capable of being board-mounted with other common SMT devices, helping to eliminate secondary board mounting operations and improving manufacturing productivity. The 24PC/26PC sensors feature proven sensing technology that uses a specialized piezo-resistive micro-machined sensing element to offer high performance, reliability, and accuracy. Both sensor series are unamplified but the 26PC series are temperature compensated. The sensors can be used with a wide variety of wet and dry media that are compatible with polyphthalamide (PPA) plastics and media seals and they are designed to measure pressures from ±1 to ±15 psi over an operating temperature range of -40 to 85 ºC.

The 26PC Series is fully compensated and completely interchangeable, with an output signal proportional to the input pressure. The 26PC Series sensors have four active elements within the piezo resistive bridge along with two onboard calibration resistors.
