The Datamate HRi series provides high-reliability rectangular signal connectors with a 2.00mm pitch, designed for aerospace, defense, motorsport, and space applications. The connectors feature glass-filled thermoplastic housings with UL94V-0 rating, beryllium copper contacts with gold finish, and stainless steel jackscrews. They operate from -55°C to +125°C, withstand 10G for 6 hours and 20G for 2 hours of vibration, and 100G shock, with contacts rated for 3.3A and 800V AC/DC. All variants support cable-to-board, board-to-board, and cable-to-cable mating, including panel and board mount options with optional jackscrews, latches, or bayonet fixings. Contacts have maximum insertion force of 2.0N and minimum withdrawal force of 0.2N. The series is RoHS compliant and meets REACH and CMRT requirements.
