"Z Lokk" by D & D Technologies is a magnetic gate lock for metal picket-style gates. This lock uses the magnetically triggered lock design by D & D Technologies.
Lever design allows easy one handed operation. Lock complies with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) requirements.
Operates and locks from either side of the gate. Keyed levers do not work independently. Entire lock is either locked or unlocked. Lock may be rekeyed by a locksmith to match other locks with the Kwikset keyway.
Available in two sizes. Regular size fits gate frames up to 1-5/8". Large size fits gate frames up to 2-1/2". Adapter spacers are included to fit different gate frame widths.
The gap between the fence and post should be between 3/8" and 1-1/4". The ideal gap for this lock is 3/4".
Easy to install, no special tools required. Lock provides up to 1/2" vertical adjustment and 5/8" horizontal adjustment during and after installation.
Super strong, engineering polymer and stainless steel construction.
All fasteners are included.
