Pintle Strap Hinge, Heart Style with Carriage Bolts
Heart style strap hinge with a pintle end that fastens to wood or masonry (with masonry anchor, not included)
This strap hinge is for heavy duty use. It can be used on a gate weighing up to 250lbs (per pair of hinges). Comes complete with 3 black carriage bolts (plus nuts and washers) and a black square head wood screw
Pintle style mounting allows gate to be removed by lifting off pintle
With "pintle style mounting" your gate can be installed so it can swing both ways (in and out) or it can be installed so that it opens only one way (either in or out).
Normal installation requires two hinges per gate
"Hook Size" refers to the dimensions of the threaded portion. "Screw Size" refers to the carriage bolt dimensions.
