Peachtree spring hinge is specially made to fit certain doors and frames made by Peachtree.
Residential grade spring hinge.
Made from steel base material.
Spring tension is easily adjusted.
May be used with residential non-spring hinges of the same size.
Hinge is UL listed (Class 1) for fire door applications.
Wood screws and machine screws are included.
Hinge is not handed. OK to install hinge with tension adjustment slot down. Care must be taken to adjust spring tension in same direction as if tension slot was in the upward position.
