Description
The Zero Protrusion Hinge is specially designed for cabinets that have roll-outs such as drawers or storage bins.
The hinge opens to 155 degrees. It is designed to provide a few millimeters of clearance for a roll-out once the door reaches a 90 degree opening angle.
Hinge is a self closing hinge. Self closing action starts at 30 degrees.
Hinge is adjustable 3-ways after installation.
Please keep in mind that the hinge must be mounted above or below a roll-out. A roll-out may not be mounted where there is a hinge.
The hinge installs in a 35mm (1-3/8") cup drilled in the back of the door.
Accomodates door overlays from 11mm to 19mm depending on mounting plate used and bore distance used. Please see the overlay chart by clicking on "Additional Hinge Information" link below.
Installs in both Face Frame Cabinets and Frameless Cabinets. For overlay doors.
For Face Frame Cabinets use one of our Mounting Plates for Face Frame Cabinets (either SKU 652304 or SKU 652305).
