The 1444 Series Heavy Duty Chassis is a multipurpose enclosure made from aluminum, featuring a natural finish and RoHS compliance. This chassis is designed for durability with spot-welded construction. It includes optional solid walnut side panels that are pre-punched for easy mounting and attach using machine screws and lockwashers, which are included. The usable surface area on the front, back, and top is slightly reduced due to the inset design of the walnut sides. Optional bottom plates are available, though hardware for these plates must be ordered separately. The chassis dimensions are 152.4 mm in width, 431.8 mm in depth, and 381 mm in height. Compatibility with other series, such as the steel chassis covers from the 1451 series, is not supported.
