The DFD25S series flash drive for mission critical applications is a solid state / non-volatile data storage device based on Single-Level Cell (SLC) NAND Flash Technology based on the Hagiwara proprietary TrueSSD® controller. With capacities up to 128GB, the DFD series is available in SATA interface. The DFD series incorporates several features to enhance speed, reliability and security.
