Greenheck Coils

Description
Coils Greenheck specializes in manufacturing competitively priced, quality engineered replacement and OEM coils. Every coil we build is leak tested with 450 PSIG of dry nitrogen to guarantee 100% quality assurance. And just to be sure you get the performance you expect, our coils are tested in accordance with AHRI Standand-410-2001. Coils are constructed with copper tubes in 5/8, 1/2 or 3/8 inch outside diameter (OD), aluminum or copper fins, and galvanized, stainless steel, or copper casings. Insulated coil sections, stainless steel drain pans, and protective coatings are also available. Fluid Coils Custom designed chilled and hot water coils are available in 5/8-, 1/2-, and 3/8-inch OD copper tubes with aluminum or copper fins. Casing options include flanged, slip and drive, end plates only, and inverted side plate flanges in galvanized, stainless steel, and copper materials. Universal Connections available. Booster Coils Hot water and steam booster coils are available in one or two row configurations. All coils have 5/8-inch OD copper tubes, .006 aluminum fins, and one inch flanged or slip and drive galvanized casings in four inch depth. Fin heights up to 24-inches. Energy Recovery Energy recovery coils/run around coil pairs can be selected in our coil selection software. The program provides coil performance based on summer or winter design conditions at a specified fluid flow rate. Reduce load requirements and save money by reclaiming energy from the exhaust air coil and transferring it to the supply air coil. Refrigerant Direct Expansion and Condenser coils are available in 5/8-, 1/2-, and 3/8-inch OD copper tubes with aluminum or copper fins. Face split and intertwined circuiting available. Casing options include flanged, end plates only, and inverted side plate flanges in galvanized, stainless steel, and copper materials. Steam Coils Standard steam and non-freeze steam distributing coils are available in 5/8-inch OD copper tubes, up to .049 thickness, one or two row coils with aluminum or copper fins. Casing options include flanged, pitched, end plates only, and inverted side plate flanges in galvanized, stainless steel, and copper materials. Same or opposite end connection circuiting available.
