The GC380N60FE is an N-channel enhancement mode power MOSFET designed for AC-DC SMPS applications such as PFC and power conversion. It is packaged in a TO-220F and has a drain-source voltage rating of 600 V, a continuous drain current of 11 A at 25°C, and a maximum on-resistance of 380 mΩ at V°GS = 10 V. The device is thermally rated with a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 4 °C/W and a power dissipation of 31 W. It is 100% avalanche tested with a single pulse avalanche energy of 11 mJ, has an ESD rating of 6.5 kV HBM, and is RoHS compliant.
