The GC125N65TF is an N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed for AC-DC SMPS applications such as PFC and industrial power conversion. It is packaged in a TO-220 case with a continuous drain current of 25A at 25°C, a drain-source voltage rating of 650V, and a drain-source on-resistance of up to 125mΩ at V<sub>GS</sub> = 10V. The device features an ultra-fast body diode, is 100% avalanche tested with a single-pulse avalanche energy of 20mJ, and has a thermal resistance from junction-to-case of 0.63°C/W and junction-to-ambient of 62°C/W. It operates from -55°C to 150°C and is RoHS compliant.
