Galvanized iron beam clamps with extra wide 3-1/8" jaw opening and 1/2-13 threaded holes are used with 1/2-13 rods. They are tapped for rods on the bottoms and backs. Garvin Industries heavy duty beam clamps are used to hang heavy loads from extra thick structural beams. Their hardened cup point screw and galvanized iron body will not distort or slip off beam edge when tightened. Great for extra thick outdoor beams!
