For fast and effective pre-crushing of hard, very hard brittle materials even ferrous alloys.
Max. feed size: 60 mm
Areas of application
Mining and metallurgy, chemistry, geology and mineralogy, glass industry, ceramics, rocks and soils.
Method of operation
The powerful comminution of the sample takes place in the Jaw Crusher under high pressure between one fixed and one movable crushing jaw in an enclosed grinding chamber. The final fineness is easily set from the outside with the 10-stage adjustable gap width between the crushing jaws. The ground sample automatically falls downward – into a drawer for batchwise comminution or via a chute into a larger collection container for continuous operation or directly into a FRITSCH Disk Mill PULVERISETTE 13 classic line for further comminution. Additional information about the instrument combination:
Jaw Crusher PULVERISETTE 1 and Disk Mill PULVERISETTE 13
Features overview
Very fast, uniform comminution
Feed size up to 95 mm, final fineness 1-15 mm
Fast and easy cleaning
Extremely robust even for very hard materials
Simple crushing jaw removal
Safe and dust-free operation
Adaptable crushing jaw kinetics for higher final fineness
Combinable with the Disk Mill PULVERISETTE 13
Certified safety (CE mark)
2-year warranty
Equipment
Fixed and moving crushing jaws and lateral support walls of hardened steel are part of the standard equipment of the FRITSCH Jaw Crusher and are included in the price of the instruments. Crushing jaws and lateral support walls are available in the following materials: tempered steel, stainless steel, chromium-free steel, manganese steel, hardmetal tungsten carbide and zirconium oxide. Lateral support walls are also offered in aluminium. These can be replaced easily or the Jaw Crusher can be ordered to be delivered with the desired equipment.
