PUC-BG series 2 W SIP7 High Isolation Unregulated DC/DC Converter for Gate Drive applications The PUC-BG series is a range of isolated, unregulated 2 W DC/DC converters suitable for the Industrial & Transportation markets, specifically designed for gate drive applications for IGBT, Si and SiC devices. Housed in an industry standard SIP7 package measuring 19.5x9.8x12.5 mm (0.77x0.385x0.49 in), the series is available with fixed input voltages of 12 V, 15 V & 24 V, and offer various dual asymmetric output voltages suitable for the majority of different turn-on and turn-off gate voltages. They offer an input to output isolation level of 6000 Vdc, reinforced insulation with a 250 Vac working voltage, and no minimum load is required for operation.
