Fitzgerald Industries International, Inc. KRT14 protein (His tag) 80R-1981

Description
Recombinant human KRT14 protein (His tag) Background: KRT14, also known as keratin 14, is a member of the cytokeratin subfamily of intermediate filament proteins (IFPs). It is unique in that it is normally expressed in the basal cells of complex epithelia but not in stratified or simple epithelia. It functions to regulate cell growth and size through its interactions with the adaptor protein 14-3-3 sigma to mediate protein synthesis. Recombinant human KRT14 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
