Mouse monoclonal CD66b antibody
Background:
CD66b is expressed in leukocytes of Chronic Myeloid Leukemia patients and bone marrow. It belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily, CEA family. The antigen is expressed strongly by mature granulocytes and meta myelocytes, but only weakly by bone marrow myelocytes. Peripheral blood monocytes and lymphocytes do not express significant amounts of the antigen.
