The BM833A is a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) module utilizing the Nordic nRF52 SoC, featuring an ARM Cortex M4(F) MCU operating at 64 MHz. It offers up to 192KB of flash memory and 24KB of RAM, along with an embedded 2.4GHz multi-protocol transceiver. The module supports BLE 5.1 data rates of 2Mbps, 1Mbps, 500kbps, and 125kbps, as well as IEEE 802.15.4-2006 at 250kbps. It includes 32 GPIOs, a 12-bit ADC with 8 configurable channels, and various communication interfaces such as UART, SPI, and I2C. The BM833A operates within a voltage range of 1.7V to 3.6V and has a peak current consumption of 4.6 mA during receive or transmission at 0 dBm. It features an integrated DC-DC converter and is designed for low-cost PCB production. The module is compact, measuring 10.2 x 15 x 1.9 mm, and is suitable for applications requiring low power consumption and efficient production. It is also capable of over-the-air firmware updates and supports NFC for out-of-band pairing. The maximum transmit power is +4.81 dBm, and it is certified for various standards including FCC and CE.
