Mobilith SHC Series greases are designed for a wide variety of extreme-temperature applications. They are used in many industries around the world because of their reputation for outstanding quality, reliability and versatility.

Wide range of grade options
Mobilith SHC Series greases are available in seven grades, varying in base oil viscosity from ISO VG 100 to 1500 and in NLGI grade from 00 to 2. This wide range provides options for excellent protection of slow speed, heavily loaded bearings as well as for reliable low temperature performance.

The outstanding lubricants in the Mobil DTE PM Series are specifically designed for the high steam pressures, temperatures and machine speeds and smaller reservoir sizes common in high-output paper machines and calendars.

This series meets Voith and Metso requirements for dry-end lubrication of paper machine bearings and gear systems, as well as requirements of SKF and FAG for dry-end circulation bearings. Mobil DTE PM Series oils have proven their performance capabilities in modern high-output paper machine lubrication.

Mobil SHC Cibus Series lubricants help you meet the challenges of food and beverage processing and packaging. These hydraulic, compressor, gear and bearing oils are designed to provide outstanding equipment protection, long oil life and problem-free operation.

Safety assured
Mobil SHC Cibus lubricants are NSF H1 registered and comply with Title 21 CFR 178.3570 by the Food and Drug Administration (USA) for lubricants with potential for incidental food contact. They are manufactured at ISO 22000-certified facilities that also meet the requirements of ISO 21469, helping to ensure that the highest levels of product integrity are maintained.

Mobil SHC Cibus lubricants are also suitable for Kosher and Halal food preparation for multi-faith applications and to offer processing engineers maximum flexibility during operations. They are formulated to be free of animal-derived materials and allergens from nuts, wheat or gluten.

Mobilcut 100 Series fluids are formulated with high levels of lubricity additives to provide you with excellent performance in your arduous machining operations. Suitable for machining a wide range of metals, these biostable, chlorine-free fluids are particularly suitable for aluminum alloys used in the automotive industry.

When mixed with water, the emulsion formed has a milky appearance, and there is no need to treat the water unless it is extremely hard. Mobilcut 100 Series fluids are engineered to deliver long service life and to resist bacterial growth to help minimize smells associated with bacterial degradation.

The Mobilgrease XHP 320 Mine Series is specifically designed to meet the needs of off-highway and mining equipment that requires exceptional extreme pressure/anti-wear performance and will remain in place even in tough conditions of water spray, high sliding and high temperatures. The series was developed for outstanding performance in bucket pins, pivot pins and heavily loaded chassis components.

Mobilgrease XHP 320 Mine Series is especially suited for heavy equipment central lubrication systems requiring an NLGI 0 Grade grease and is recommended by ExxonMobil for use in central lubrication systems found on Caterpillar and other manufacturers' off-highway and mining equipment.

The synthetic lubricants in the Mobil EAL Arctic Series are designed specifically for the lubrication of refrigeration compressors and systems, using ozone-friendly HFC refrigerants. The performance of the Mobil EAL Arctic Series has been well documented with HFCs in a broad range of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems, and these superb oils are used by many major compressor and system builders around the world.

Mobil Zerice S Series oils are premium-quality refrigeration compressor lubricants suitable for use in low-temperature applications, down to -60°C (-76°F).

Relative to mineral and other synthetic lubricants, Mobil Zerice S has outstanding solubility with halocarbon refrigerants, helping you to avoid the common problem of oil separation and congealing on the valve and heat-transfer surfaces of your refrigeration system.

Mobilgear 600 XP Series oils are formulated to stay ahead of the changing needs of gearbox technology by providing extra protection for gears, bearings and seals. They have outstanding extreme-pressure characteristics and load-carrying properties.

The Mobilgear 600 XP Series is intended for use in all types of enclosed-gear drives with circulation or splash lubrication systems. These lubricants exceed the industry requirement for bearing wear protection, providing up to 15 times the wear protection as measured by the industry standard FAG FE 8 test.
