The low cost Super Air Knife dramatically reduces compressed air usage and noise when compared to other blowoffs. It delivers a uniform sheet of laminar airflow with hard-hitting force across the entire length. Compressed air consumption is 1/3 that of typical blowoffs.

Air Amplification ratios (entrained air to compressed air) of 40:1 are produced. Meets OSHA maximum dead-ended pressure and noise requirements.
Energy use is comparable to a blower without the costly maintenance or downtime (no moving parts to wear out). Many sizes are available in aluminum, stainless steel or PVDF. Applications include blowing liquid, chips, and contaminants from parts and conveyors, cooling hot parts, and air screening.
