EVVO Semi Single Bipolar Transistors TIP122

The TIP122 is an NPN Darlington power transistor designed for general-purpose amplifier and low-speed switching applications, housed in a TO-220 package. It has a collector-emitter voltage rating of 100 V, a continuous collector current of 5.0 A, and a peak collector current of 8.0 A. The collector-emitter saturation voltage is up to 4.0 V at 5 A collector current and 20 mA base current. Base-emitter on voltage is up to 2.5 V at 3 A collector current. Power dissipation is 2.0 W at 25°C ambient with a derating of 16 mW/°C. Thermal resistance from junction to ambient is 62.5 °C/W. Operating junction and storage temperature range is from -65°C to +150°C. It is RoHS compliant.
