EVVO Semi Single Bipolar Transistors 2SA1941

The 2SA1941 is a silicon PNP power transistor designed for high-fidelity audio amplifier output stages, with a maximum collector-emitter voltage of -140 V and a collector current rating of -10 A. It is packaged in a TO-3PS case, with dimensions ranging from 15.1 to 15.9 mm in length, 13.1 to 13.6 mm in width, and 19.8 to 21.0 mm in height. The device has a col­lector power dissipation of 100 W at Tc=25℃ and a maximum junction temperature of 150℃. The junction-to-case thermal resistance is 0.35 ℃/W. It is complementary to the 2SC5198 and features a minimum DC current gain of 35 at -5 A collector current.
