EVVO Semi Single FETs, MOSFETs 10N65F

The 10N65F is a 650V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a TO-220F package, designed for power switching applications such as UPS and PFC circuits. It has a continuous drain current of 10A and a maximum RDS(ON) of 0.9Ω at VGS=10V. The device supports a single pulse avalanche energy of 426mJ and an avalanche current of 9A. Operating junction and storage temperatures range from -55°C to +150°C. Thermal resistance junction-to-case is 4.46°C/W. It meets standard power MOSFET performance requirements for switching efficiency and robustness.
