The LPR2 has been designed with our High Precision Back Pressure Regulators in mind. Ultra low pressure control of high temperature, high flow, liquid or two phase flow and corrosive chemicals is no longer a problem. The LPR2 can be used to control our dome loaded back pressure regulators to achieve high precision in the low pressure range. The LPR2 series low pressure regulator is also frequently used by itself to directly and precisely control very low pressures.
