GAR-FIL® filament wound bearings with PTFE tape liner are designed for high-load, high-speed applications with excellent friction and wear properties, contamination resistance, and chemical resistance. They are available as plain cylindrical bushes and can be custom machined. The bearings support static and dynamic loads up to 140 N/mm², operate between -195 °C and 205 °C, and achieve sliding speeds up to 2.5 m/s with a pU factor of 1.23 N/mm²·m/s. Coefficient of friction ranges from 0.02 to 0.12 depending on conditions. Recommended shaft surface roughness is ≤0.4 μm and hardness exceeds 200 HB. The product complies with RoHS standards.
