The 30 DS is a metal-polymer self-lubricating bearing designed for automotive and industrial applications under mixed film lubrication conditions. It features a machinable sliding layer approximately 0.4 mm above a bronze sinter layer and resists fretting corrosion from low-amplitude oscillations. Operating temperature ranges from -60°C to 130°C. Maximum sliding speeds are 1.5 m/s dry, 2.5 m/s grease-lubricated, and 10.0 m/s oil-lubricated, with corresponding pU limits of 1.4, 2.8, and 10.0 N/mm²×m/s. Coefficient of friction varies from 0.03-0.08 under oil lubrication. Static load capacity is 110 N/mm², dynamic load capacity is 45 N/mm². The bearing meets RoHS compliance.
