DB® Metals and Bimetals - Maintenance Free Cast Bronze Bearings are designed for heavy-duty applications across various industries, including offshore, civil engineering, and mining. The bearings feature solid lubricant inserts, which enhance performance under high loads and intermittent operation. They can operate in temperatures ranging from -50°C to 250°C and are available with either PTFE or graphite inserts for applications requiring higher temperature resistance. The bearings exhibit a minimum yield strength of 97 N/mm² and a maximum static load capacity of 140 N/mm². They also have a low coefficient of friction, ranging from 0.05 to 0.18, making them suitable for demanding environments. Custom bearing designs and various forms, such as cylindrical and flanged bushes, are available to meet specific application needs.
