SILAREX is a new sensor platform based on the principle of non-dispersive infrared absorption (NDIR). This process, which is also used in the EVO line from smartGAS, offers considerable advantages over other processes, such as selectivity, long-term stability and measuring accuracy. The SILAREX solution allows multiple gases to be measured in the same module. It has pressure compensation. SILAREX systems have been developed for: Precise analysis of SF6 in switchgear. The combined measurement of CO in the ppm range and 20 vol.% CO2. Other gas combinations where precision is required.
