The 725-075-522-101 is a press-fit card edge connector with a 0.100,Äù (2.54mm) pitch, designed for reliable connections in electronic applications. It features a thermoplastic polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) insulator that is UL 94V-0 rated and comes in black. The connector is constructed with a copper alloy contact material, which is plated with 30¬µ,Äù gold on the mating area and tin plating on the tails, with nickel underplating throughout. This connector has a current rating of 2 amps and a maximum contact resistance of 10 milliohms. It can withstand a dielectric voltage of 1200 V AC rms at sea level between adjacent contacts and has an insulation resistance of at least 5000 megaohms.
