The Board-Board Connector, Plug, 35Way, 2Row from Edac is designed for reliable connections in electronic applications. It features a contact spacing of .200" (5.08mm) and a row spacing of .300" (7.62mm) with a staggered grid layout. This connector can be mounted into .062" (1.57mm) or .093" (2.36mm) nominal thickness printed circuit boards through soldering or staking of the P.C. tails. Constructed with a UL 94V-0 rated Diallyl Phthalate insulator and copper alloy contacts, it is plated with gold over nickel for enhanced conductivity. The connector supports a current rating of 10A continuous and has a maximum contact resistance of 10 milliohms. It is capable of withstanding a dielectric voltage of 2000 VAC rms at sea level and offers a minimum insulation resistance of 5000 Megaohms. The operating temperature range is from -65¬8C to +125¬8C, making it suitable for various environments. The insertion and withdrawal forces per contact position range from 2 to 16 Oz (0.56 to 4.45N). This product is RoHS compliant, ensuring it meets environmental standards.
