The Card Conn Dual Side 126Pos Wire Wrap connector is a card edge connector designed for a 0.100,Äù (2.54mm) pitch. It features a dual row configuration with a total of 126 contacts, suitable for a card thickness of 1.57mm. The connector is constructed with a UL 94V-0 thermoplastic polyester insulator and utilizes copper alloy for the contacts, which are plated with gold on the mating area and tin with nickel underplating on the tails. This connector has a current rating of 3 amps and a maximum contact resistance of 10 milliohms. It can withstand a dielectric voltage of 1200 V AC rms and has an insulation resistance of at least 5000 megaohms. The operating temperature range is from -40¬8C to +105¬8C. The connector supports various termination options, including wire wrap and P.C. tails, and offers multiple mounting options, including flush or offset lugs.
