The Card Conn Dual Side 124Pos Wire Wrap connector is designed for applications requiring a reliable card edge connection. The connector is constructed with a UL 94V-0 thermoplastic polyester insulator and utilizes copper alloy for the contacts, which are plated with gold on the mating area and tin on the tails, with nickel underplating for enhanced durability. This connector supports a current rating of 3 amps and has a maximum contact resistance of 10 milliohms. It is capable of withstanding a dielectric voltage of 1200 V AC rms and offers a minimum insulation resistance of 5000 megaohms. The operating temperature range is from -40¬8C to +105¬8C, making it suitable for various environmental conditions. The connector is compatible with a nominal thickness of 0.062,Äù (1.57mm) printed circuit boards and includes automatic wire wrap positioning holes for ease of installation.
