The Card Conn Dual Side 118Pos Wire Wrap connector is a card edge connector designed for a 0.100,Äù (2.54mm) pitch with a dual row configuration. It features a high-profile insulator body measuring 0.600,Äù (15.24mm) and is compatible with printed circuit boards of 0.062,Äù (1.57mm) nominal thickness. The connector is constructed from UL 94V-0 thermoplastic polyester and utilizes copper alloy for its contacts, which are plated with gold on the mating area and tin on the tails, with nickel underplating throughout. This connector has a current rating of 3 amps and a maximum contact resistance of 10 milliohms. It can withstand a dielectric voltage of 1200 V AC rms and has an insulation resistance of at least 5000 megaohms. The operating temperature range is from -40¬8C to +105¬8C. The connector supports various termination options, including wire wrap and P.C. tails, and offers multiple mounting options, including flush or offset lugs. It is RoHS compliant and UL certified, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
