The Card Edge Connector, Dual Side, 84Pos, Th from Edac features a 0.100,Äù (2.54mm) pitch and is designed for use with a 1.57mm thick printed circuit board. It is constructed with a UL 94V-0 thermoplastic polyester insulator and utilizes copper alloy for the contacts, which are plated with gold on the mating area and tin on the tails, with nickel underplating. The connector has a current rating of 3 amps and a maximum contact resistance of 10 milliohms. It can withstand a dielectric voltage of 1200 V AC rms and has an insulation resistance of at least 5000 megaohms. Operating temperature ranges from -40¬8C to +105¬8C, with a maximum insertion force of 16 oz per contact pair and a minimum withdrawal force of 1 oz.
