The Card Conn 69Pos Wire Wrap connector is a single-sided card edge connector designed for a 0.100,Äù (2.54mm) pitch. It features a high-profile insulator body measuring 0.600,Äù (15.24mm) and is compatible with printed circuit boards of 0.062,Äù (1.57mm) nominal thickness. The connector is constructed from UL 94V-0 thermoplastic polyester, with contacts made of copper alloy and gold plating on the mating area, complemented by tin plating on the tails and nickel underplating. This connector has a current rating of 3 amps and a maximum contact resistance of 10 milliohms. It can withstand a dielectric voltage of 1200 V AC rms and has an insulation resistance of at least 5000 megaohms. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +105°C.
