The Card Conn, Single Side, 55Pos, Wire Wrap connector (part number 69AJ1648) features a 0.100,Äù (2.54mm) pitch and is designed for use with a 0.062,Äù (1.57mm) nominal thickness printed circuit board. It has a current rating of 3 amps and a maximum contact resistance of 10 milliohms. The connector is constructed with a UL 94V-0 thermoplastic polyester insulator and utilizes copper alloy contacts with gold plating on the mating area and tin plating on the tails, backed by nickel underplating. This connector supports various termination options, including wire wrap and P.C. tail configurations, and is available in single or dual row configurations. It offers a dielectric withstanding voltage of 1200 V AC rms and an insulation resistance of at least 5000 megaohms. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +105°C.
