The Card Conn Dual Side 52Pos Wire Wrap connector is designed for card edge applications with a 0.100,Äù (2.54mm) pitch. It features a dual row configuration with 52 contacts and is suitable for a card thickness of 1.57mm. The connector is constructed from UL 94V-0 thermoplastic polyester for the insulator and copper alloy for the contacts, which are plated with gold on the mating area and tin on the tails, with nickel underplating. It has a current rating of 3 amps and a maximum contact resistance of 10 milliohms. The dielectric withstanding voltage is rated at 1200 V AC rms, and the insulation resistance is a minimum of 5000 megaohms. The operating temperature range is from -40¬8C to +105¬8C. The connector supports various termination options, including wire wrap and P.C. tails, and offers multiple mounting options, including flush or offset lugs. It is RoHS compliant and UL certified, making it suitable for a wide range of electronic applications.
