The Card Conn, Single Side, 38Pos, Wire Wrap connector is a card edge connector designed for a 0.100,Äù (2.54mm) pitch. It features a high-profile insulator body measuring 0.600,Äù (15.24mm) and is compatible with a nominal P.C. board thickness of 0.062,Äù (1.57mm). The connector is constructed with a UL 94V-0 thermoplastic polyester insulator and utilizes copper alloy for the contacts, which are plated with gold on the mating area and tin on the tails, with nickel underplating throughout. This connector has a current rating of 3 amps and a maximum contact resistance of 10 milliohms. It can withstand a dielectric voltage of 1200 V AC rms and has an insulation resistance of at least 5000 megaohms. The operating temperature range is from -40¬8C to +105¬8C. The connector supports various termination options, including wire wrap and P.C. tails, and offers multiple mounting configurations, including flush or offset lugs.
