The Card Conn, Single Side, 35Pos, Wire Wrap connector is a card edge connector designed for a 0.100,Äù (2.54mm) pitch. It features a high-profile insulator body measuring 0.600,Äù (15.24mm) and is compatible with printed circuit boards of 0.062,Äù (1.57mm) nominal thickness. The connector is constructed from UL 94V-0 thermoplastic polyester and utilizes copper alloy for its contacts, which are plated with gold on the mating area and tin on the tails, with nickel underplating throughout. This connector has a current rating of 3 amps and a maximum contact resistance of 10 milliohms. It can withstand a dielectric voltage of 1200 V AC rms and has an insulation resistance of at least 5000 megaohms. The operating temperature range is from -40¬8C to +105¬8C. The connector supports various termination options, including wire wrap and P.C. tails, and offers multiple mounting options, including flush or offset lugs.
