The Card Conn, Single Side, 32Pos, Wire Wrap connector is a card edge connector designed for a 0.100,Äù (2.54mm) pitch. It features a high-profile insulator body measuring 0.600,Äù (15.24mm) and is constructed from UL 94V-0 thermoplastic polyester. The connector accommodates a nominal thickness of 0.062,Äù (1.57mm) for printed circuit boards and supports various contact termination options, including wire wrap and P.C. tails. This connector has a current rating of 3 amps and a maximum contact resistance of 10 milliohms. It can withstand a dielectric voltage of 1200 V AC rms and has an insulation resistance of at least 5000 megaohms. The operating temperature range is from -40¬8C to +105¬8C. The connector also includes automatic wire wrap positioning holes and is RoHS compliant and UL certified, making it suitable for a variety of applications.
