The Card Conn 67AJ7931 is a single side, 19-position wire wrap card edge connector designed for a 0.100,Äù (2.54mm) pitch. It features a high-profile insulator body measuring 0.600,Äù (15.24mm) and is compatible with printed circuit boards of 0.062,Äù (1.57mm) nominal thickness. The connector is constructed from UL 94V-0 thermoplastic polyester with copper alloy contacts, which are gold plated on the mating area and tin plated on the tails with nickel underplating. It has a current rating of 3 amps and a maximum contact resistance of 10 milliohms. The dielectric withstanding voltage is rated at 1200 V AC rms, and the insulation resistance is a minimum of 5000 megaohms. The operating temperature range is from -40¬8C to +105¬8C. The connector supports various termination options, including wire wrap and P.C. tails, and offers multiple mounting configurations, including flush or offset lugs.
