It is constructed with a UL 94V-0 thermoplastic polyester insulator and utilizes copper alloy contacts with gold plating on the mating area and tin plating on the tails, backed by nickel underplating. The connector has a current rating of 3 amps and a maximum contact resistance of 10 milliohms. It can withstand a dielectric voltage of 1200 V AC rms and has a minimum insulation resistance of 5000 megaohms. The operating temperature range is from -40¬8C to +105¬8C.
