It is designed to accept a nominal thickness of 0.062,Äù (1.57mm) for printed circuit boards. The connector has a low profile insulator body measuring 0.473,Äù (12.01mm) and offers both single and dual row configurations. Constructed from UL 94V-0 thermoplastic polyester, the insulator material ensures durability. The contacts are made from copper alloy with gold plating on the mating area and tin plating on the tails, supported by nickel underplating. The connector has a current rating of 3 amps and a maximum contact resistance of 10 milliohms. It can withstand a dielectric voltage of 1200 V AC rms and has an insulation resistance of at least 5000 megaohms.
