The 325-060-520-207 Card Edge Connector from Lingto Electronic Limited features a 0.100,Äù (2.54mm) pitch and is designed for use with printed circuit boards (PCBs) with a nominal thickness of 0.125,Äù (3.18mm). It has a high-profile insulator body measuring 0.600,Äù (15.24mm) and is available in single or dual row configurations. The connector is constructed from UL 94V-0 rated Diallyl Phthalate for the insulator material, while the contacts are made from copper alloy with gold plating on the mating area and tin plating on the tails, supported by nickel underplating. This connector has a current rating of 3 amps and a maximum contact resistance of 10 milliohms. It can withstand a dielectric voltage of 1200 V AC rms and has an insulation resistance of at least 5000 megaohms. The operating temperature range is from -65¬8C to +125¬8C. The insertion force is limited to 16 oz (4.45 N) maximum per contact pair, and the withdrawal force is a minimum of 1 oz (0.28 N) per contact pair. The connector also supports various mounting options, including no mounting lug, threaded inserts, and through mounting holes, making it versatile for different applications.
