The 316-035-520-101 Card Edge Connector from Lingto Electronic Limited features a 0.156,Äù (3.96mm) pitch and is designed for use with printed circuit boards (PCBs) with a thickness of 0.062,Äù (1.57mm). It is constructed from UL 94V-0 thermoplastic polyester for the insulator and copper alloy for the contacts, which are plated with gold on the mating area and tin on the tails, with nickel underplating. The connector has a current rating of 5 amps and a maximum contact resistance of 10 milliohms. It can withstand a dielectric voltage of 1800 V AC rms and has an insulation resistance of at least 5000 megaohms. The operating temperature range is from -40¬8C to +105¬8C. The connector has a low profile insulator body measuring 0.460,Äù (11.68mm) in height and is available without mounting lugs. It is RoHS compliant and UL certified, making it suitable for a variety of electronic applications.
