The Edac Connector 87AH5096 is a card edge connector featuring a 0.156,Äù (3.96mm) pitch and designed for use with 0.062,Äù (1.57mm) nominal thickness printed circuit boards. It has a low-profile insulator body measuring 0.473,Äù (12.01mm) and offers various contact termination options, including P.C. tail, wire hole, and wire wrap configurations. The connector is available in single or dual row configurations and supports a wide range of mounting options. Constructed from UL 94V-0 thermoplastic polyester, the insulator material is complemented by copper alloy contacts with gold plating on the mating area and tin plating on the tails. The connector has a current rating of 5 amps, a maximum contact resistance of 10 milliohms, and a dielectric withstanding voltage of 1800 V AC rms at sea level. It operates effectively within a temperature range of -40¬8C to +105¬8C.
