The Card Conn Dual Side 68Pos Wire Wrap connector is designed for use with a 0.156,Äù (3.96mm) pitch and accommodates a nominal PCB thickness of 0.062,Äù (1.57mm). It features a low-profile insulator body measuring 0.473,Äù (12.01mm) and is available in dual row configurations. The connector supports various contact termination options, including wire wrap, and is compatible with a range of mounting options. It is constructed from UL 94V-0 thermoplastic polyester for the insulator and copper alloy for the contacts, which are plated with gold on the mating area and tin on the tails, with nickel underplating.
