The Card Conn, Single Side, 44Pos, Wire Wrap connector is a card edge connector designed for a 0.156,Äù (3.96mm) pitch with a single row configuration. It accommodates a nominal PCB thickness of 0.062,Äù (1.57mm) and features a low-profile insulator body measuring 0.473,Äù (12.01mm). The connector supports various termination options, including wire wrap, and is available with multiple mounting options, including no mounting lug and threaded inserts. Constructed from UL 94V-0 thermoplastic polyester, the connector's contacts are made of copper alloy with gold plating on the mating area and tin plating on the tails. It has a current rating of 5 amps and a maximum contact resistance of 10 milliohms. The dielectric withstanding voltage is rated at 1800 V AC rms, and the insulation resistance is a minimum of 5000 megaohms. The operating temperature range is from -40¬8C to +105¬8C.
