It has an equivalent series resistance of 20 ohms, load capacitance of 100 pF, and long-term aging of ±0.5% over 10 years. The device is RoHS compliant with an exemption noted, operates within a storage temperature range of -20°C to +85°C, and is compatible with MSL 1 moisture sensitivity level. It is not compatible with reflow soldering and has a maximum peak solder temperature of +230°C for up to 5 seconds. The part is not suggested for new designs.
